This Spreadsheet includes the following information:

Within this Spreadsheet, you can turn the "filter on" and sort by whatever variable you choose (i.e. sort by name, case manager, IEP date in chronological order, view medicaid eligible students, etc.) and save/ print by that variable.

Example of how Google Forms can electronically organize information collected in a Survey
This learning style inventory will help you determine if your students are visual, auditory, or tactile learners.
Questions are organized so that for each question, answer (A) is mostly related to a visual learner, answer (B) for an auditory learner, and answer (C) for a tactile learner. Results can be organized further to figure out what percentage of each learning type you student is. For example) 50% visual, 20% auditory and 30% tactile.
Results from the Learning Style inventory will be gathered and saved to your personal drive as each submission is turned in, results will be sorted by student name.
